Both the master cylinder and booster are shot, but I'm having trouble finding parts. The electric pump works when you first start the motor. only does it at idle which is 1150 rpm. Machine was working fine moved it 25' and was moving the seat around trying to figure out how to replace it. The saw takes a while to spin up to speed and will only cut a 8 or 10" diameter tree without choking/stalling, then takes 10-15 sec to spin up to speed again.
